Terms

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply to all packages and projects I deliver through svensidler.com. I am Sven Sidler and work as Company Sidler, a sole proprietorship registered in Switzerland. Details: see the Imprint.

1. For businesses only

I work only with business customers: companies, self-employed people and creators who use YouTube for their business, for example coaches, consultants, companies, and creators who earn money with their channel through ads, sponsors or their own products. I do not sell to consumers. By sending a request, you confirm that you order for business purposes.

2. How a project starts

Sending the form is a request, not an order. I reply within 2 working days. If I take on your project, you get a short written summary with what you will get, the delivery date and the price, together with a secure payment link. I may decline a request without giving a reason.

If I sent you a free sample page, you can also order directly from that page: you answer a short question and pay through Stripe. In that case I start right after your payment.

The contract is concluded when you pay. The summary (or, for an order from a sample page, the package description on that page) and these terms together form our agreement. If they differ, the summary applies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are fixed prices in US dollars, as shown when you sent your request. You pay in advance through Stripe and receive a receipt by email, unless the written summary says otherwise. Custom projects are paid as stated in the summary, for example 50% upfront and 50% after your approval.

I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Bank or currency fees on your side are yours. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Delivery

I deliver in writing: as a web page and as a PDF, sent by email. The delivery time starts with your payment and is counted in working days. Time I spend waiting for your answer does not count.

For the Content Roadmap, you first get one video plan as a draft. The other plans follow after your OK. For the Complete Growth Strategy, the audit comes first and the roadmap follows.

5. Communication in writing

All communication happens in writing, by email. I do not offer calls.

6. Your part

Please give me correct information and answer my questions within a reasonable time. You decide what you publish and are responsible for it, including checking that titles, thumbnails and other content do not infringe anyone's rights.

7. Follow-up questions and changes

  • YouTube Channel Audit: one round of follow-up questions by email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Content Roadmap: you can swap up to 2 ideas.
  • A round is one collected written message with all your feedback.
  • A new direction, a different channel or a different goal is not a change but a new project.

8. Guarantee

  • If you don't find at least 3 things in the delivery that you can use, tell me within 7 days of delivery and you get a full refund. A short note on what was missing helps me improve. This guarantee applies once per customer.
  • Late delivery: if I miss the confirmed delivery date, you get 20% of the price back automatically. Time spent waiting for your answer does not count.

After a refund, the delivered work may not be used, and all rights to it stay with me.

9. Acceptance

If I do not hear from you within 7 days after delivery, the delivery counts as accepted. Section 8 still applies within its own deadlines.

10. What you may do with the delivery

Once you have paid in full, you may use the delivery for your own channel and business, and share it with your team, your editors and your agency. You may not resell it or publish it as your own product.

My methods, templates and tools stay mine. I may use general, anonymous learnings from projects for my work. I only show your project as an example if you agree in writing.

11. No promise of results

My work is research and advice. Views, subscribers and sales depend on many things I do not control, for example your execution, your audience and changes at YouTube. I therefore do not guarantee any results.

12. Data, sources and AI

I work with public YouTube data, research tools and AI assistants, and I check every result myself before it reaches you. Numbers are as of the date stated in the delivery and can change afterwards. I do not need access to your YouTube account.

13. Confidentiality

I treat everything you share with me that is not public as confidential and use it only for your project.

14. Ending a project early

If I cannot deliver, or if we cannot agree on how to continue, either of us can end the project in writing. You then get back the part of the price for work not yet delivered.

15. Liability

I am liable for intent and gross negligence. In all other cases my liability is limited to the price you paid for the project concerned, as far as the law allows. I am not liable for decisions you make based on my delivery, or for delays caused by events outside my control.

16. Changes to these terms

The version of these terms that was published when you sent your request applies to your project.

17. Final provisions

If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in the canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.
