I live in Lucerne, Switzerland. I spend my days studying how YouTube works and building systems with AI that make the research faster and more careful. I'm not here to sell you a dream. I'm here to do good work, explain why, and deliver on time.

- Why no calls?
- Writing is faster and clearer for both of us. You don't have to block time in your calendar, every decision is on record, and I spend that time on your project instead.
- I have questions before I buy. What now?
- Send them with the form or reply to my email. I answer every question in writing within 2 working days.
- When do I pay?
- Only after I've confirmed your project. You get a short summary and a secure payment link by email, and the work starts after payment.
- Do I need to give you access to my channel?
- No. I only use public data. You never share a password or give me access to YouTube Studio.
- Where does your data come from?
- From public YouTube data: views, titles and upload dates of your videos and of the channels in your niche. I check the numbers myself before anything reaches you.
- Which currency? Do I get a receipt?
- Prices are in US dollars. You get a receipt by email after payment.
- What if I don't like it?
- If you don't find at least 3 things in the delivery that you can use, tell me within 7 days and you get a full refund. For the Content Roadmap you can also swap up to 2 ideas.
- What if you deliver late?
- You get 20% back, automatically. Time spent waiting for your feedback doesn't count.
- Can you guarantee views?
- No, and nobody honestly can. What I can promise: I look at the data, explain my reasoning and deliver on time.
- Do you work with small channels?
- Yes. The YouTube Channel Audit needs at least 20 long videos. With fewer, start with the Content Roadmap: it builds on what already works in your niche, not only on your own channel.
- Who does the work?
- Me. I use AI tools for research and writing, and I check every result myself before it reaches you.
- Can I get something bigger?
- Yes. Choose "Custom project" in the form and describe it. You get a written proposal with price and timeline within 3 working days. Larger projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% after your approval.
- Which languages?
- English and German.
